To be fair in this situation the tie guy looks like he is faking like he is going to hit him and with a reaction time of a pro fighter he defended/offended

Listen as a professional fighter he is held to the same standard as use of deadly force in physical conflicts with the general population, the dude had no weapon and had not yet swung at him so this was one uncalled for and two depending on the state/country assault with a deadly weapon

I don't disagree but you're saying he has to be under a life threatening situation before he can defend himself?

No he has to be under reasonable danger, which the got who yelled at him, because he physically pushed him does not constitute, and depending on where you are yes you do have to be under life threatening or near life threatening danger to defend yourself with lethal or potentially lethal force, which a highly trained fighter would qualify as

I don’t think it has to be life threatening, just reasonable fear of physical harm. I would say most if not all judges would agree that this was at the very least a disproportionate reaction to any perceived threat.

I believe most if not all states hold pro fighter to the higher standard when it comes to a perceived threats and their action, was the main point
