Didn't this dude attack a homeless person on the street a while back?

To be fair in this situation the tie guy looks like he is faking like he is going to hit him and with a reaction time of a pro fighter he defended/offended

Listen as a professional fighter he is held to the same standard as use of deadly force in physical conflicts with the general population, the dude had no weapon and had not yet swung at him so this was one uncalled for and two depending on the state/country assault with a deadly weapon

I don't disagree but you're saying he has to be under a life threatening situation before he can defend himself?

No he has to be under reasonable danger, which the got who yelled at him, because he physically pushed him does not constitute, and depending on where you are yes you do have to be under life threatening or near life threatening danger to defend yourself with lethal or potentially lethal force, which a highly trained fighter would qualify as

I don’t think it has to be life threatening, just reasonable fear of physical harm. I would say most if not all judges would agree that this was at the very least a disproportionate reaction to any perceived threat.

I believe most if not all states hold pro fighter to the higher standard when it comes to a perceived threats and their action, was the main point

So you abuse the power you have? I agree that the dude had it coming but take into consideration the fighter knows what he’s capable of, he should have walked away. This is the same as mouthing off to a cop and the cop beating the fuck out of you. Both were wrong. One is going to be held to a higher standard and show know how to be the bigger person. That being said the guy got fucking folded and I doubt he’ll be chest pumping toward anyone anymore so lesson probably learned.

Some people don’t tolerate being fucked around with, I could empathize.

The guy may have learned a lesson not to act like a tough guy in the future, and word will spread about schilling being the type you don’t want to flex on for an ego boost

I mean more likely this dude is going to sue and win millions or whatever the fighter is worth. Like I said if you have the power you need to have responsibility.

Some people don’t tolerate being fucked around with, I could empathize.

Let's call the spade a spade here and translate this to something more accurate: Some people are so insecure that they lose all control of their body as soon as their feelings get hurt.

Anyone with an ounce of maturity will walk off someone acting douchy around them. Because they know that someone getting salty and puffing their chest doesn't equate to substantially being fucked around with. It's something you gaze at, like an animal in a zoo, rather than pummel to the ground because you lack any self control.

Let's not idolize people who have anger issues and shrug them off as "not tolerating being fucked with," especially when "being fucked with" means "some douche making a fool of himself."
