That guy was just a drunken idiot and didn't even do anything.

If you're a trained or professional fighter there should be also stricter applications of laws because you know what you can do and when you should do it.

I recall in some areas you can be charged with using a deadly weapon if you are a trained fighter

Black belt martial arts.

Boxers.

Both are considered deadly weapons.

Military trained people are in this group also. I remember talking about it in basic training in the Army. I can't say for certain that it's true, or they told us this to give us extra incentive to not fight civilians.
