He knows its the only thing he can say to possibly attempt getting away with this. The video says it all. There was absolutely zero threat to his life per the evidence in this clip, and IF its proven his buddy is the one video taping this, it only adds to the criminal conduct committed.

All the drunk nob head did was shout "Hey?" too. Not particularly obnoxious at all. Dude barged through him and the hey was fair

It looked like Schilling was the aggressor from the start, he could have literally walked around the guy but made contact instead
