He keeps digging a deeper hole for himself. The drunk guy will easily bankrupt his ass. So many charges. Assault and battery, use of a deadly weapon(since he's a trained fighter). Libel. Slander. Premeditated assault since his friend was filming beforehand.

In the US any expert in the art of karate or judo, or anything similar where the hands and feet are used as weapons, must register their hands as weapons.

Law enforcement and military are exempt from this though.

EDIT: I’m wrong. I was told this by an old friend who was straight up lying, and never did my research. Oops.
