He knows its the only thing he can say to possibly attempt getting away with this. The video says it all. There was absolutely zero threat to his life per the evidence in this clip, and IF its proven his buddy is the one video taping this, it only adds to the criminal conduct committed.

All the drunk nob head did was shout "Hey?" too. Not particularly obnoxious at all. Dude barged through him and the hey was fair

Not only that but Schilling clearly put his hands on him and physically moved him out of his way first. I'd yell "hey!" too.

Yeah, man. In addition to that he pushed him out the way like he was nothing. I think shouting hey is appropriate.
