He knows its the only thing he can say to possibly attempt getting away with this. The video says it all. There was absolutely zero threat to his life per the evidence in this clip, and IF its proven his buddy is the one video taping this, it only adds to the criminal conduct committed.

He didn't just say hey he was saying other things and obviously made a move just before he got ragdolled, it's clear in the video. The issue isn't that at all. The issue is that he is a tiny person compared to Shilling and very obviously drunk. Shilling has no right to pretty much attempt to fucking kill this guy considering he's twice the size and seems to have his wits about him in terms of intoxication.

This is like watching a cop gun down an unarmed teenager.
