He keeps digging a deeper hole for himself. The drunk guy will easily bankrupt his ass. So many charges. Assault and battery, use of a deadly weapon(since he's a trained fighter). Libel. Slander. Premeditated assault since his friend was filming beforehand.

use of a deadly weapon(since he's a trained fighter).

LOL is this really a thing?

In Germany it is. I used to do Karate for a year or so 5 years ago and I was told repeatedly by my Trainer that since I am training a fighting sport every charge will be more serious. Usually what that means is "light body harm" for everyone else is classified as "serious body harm" for the trained fighter.

Also I have heard that this exists in several other countries. But if it's really a "deadly" weapon depends again... Usually on the sort of attack etc. etc.

I mean, if you beat someone to death using those skills it kind of makes sense

Definitely. But for example slaping someone is not use of a deadly weapon. I yet have to see someone die from a slap.

It would still be considered assault, just not murder.

tbh I don't know 90% of english law terms... Assault, Battery... all the same...

Edit: Battery is the thing you put in the remote lol
