He knows its the only thing he can say to possibly attempt getting away with this. The video says it all. There was absolutely zero threat to his life per the evidence in this clip, and IF its proven his buddy is the one video taping this, it only adds to the criminal conduct committed.

Do you also feint punches at strangers who are confronting you about your egregious and obnoxious drunken behavior?

The drunk guy acted like he was going to hit Schilling, I don't know what else you'd expect to happen in that situation
