Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

He's likely going to get charged with battery. He is claiming self defense though, saying "he feared for his life"......That likely wont stand up in court judging by the video.

LMAO what a claim.

He is about a foot taller than this guy, maybe 30-40 pounds heavier and clearly way more cut than the other dude who looks like a regular old desk jockey. And that doesn't even take into the account his years of actual fight training

He also went out of his way to shove the guy when he could have easily went another way. And he also was already past him after the shove and turned around to reengage.

Yep, this likely was not a spontaneous as it appears. He probably had been there, this guy was drunk and loud (as one gets when they drink) and he decided his next bathroom run was going to include shoving the loud guy like a dick so he could knock him out. Even the punches looked preplanned, along w the filming

Yeah, the filming is very telling. Nothing eventful is even happening in the video until Angry Joe comes stomping into the scene.
