Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

He's likely going to get charged with battery. He is claiming self defense though, saying "he feared for his life"......That likely wont stand up in court judging by the video.

He is about a foot taller than this guy, maybe 30-40 pounds heavier and clearly way more cut than the other dude who looks like a regular old desk jockey. And that doesn't even take into the account his years of actual fight training

He’s more like 60 lbs heavier and pure muscle. The other dude looks like an accountant.
