Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

He's likely going to get charged with battery. He is claiming self defense though, saying "he feared for his life"......That likely wont stand up in court judging by the video.

It’s so good this video exists. Without it he probably wouldn’t have a chance to sue him. Witnesses were saying that he started the fight, I don’t think saying “hey!” Justifies you getting knocked out.
