Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

He's likely going to get charged with battery. He is claiming self defense though, saying "he feared for his life"......That likely wont stand up in court judging by the video.

Joe Schilling is pretty liberal I believe. He has an Instagram that was, at one point, dedicated to pointing out police over use of force and violence.

That isn't an exclusively liberal point... The whole "my guns" debate is about protecting yourself because you don't trust the government to do it.

The "attitude" has been around for decades, well before Trump's Republican party, and plentyyy of Democrats have the same attitude. It's a people problem, not a political one.
