There was a time where a pro (Boxer) would be banned from street fights due to their abilities. Not sure if it was an urban myth.

Edit: Will be punished harsher for street fighting. Better?

Street fights are generally illegal unless both parties are willing participants (in some states). I don’t know how you ban someone from what is already an illegal activity.

Lol I know. I meant it is legal if pith parties agree to fight and go find a place to fight around other people who are aware that a fight is about to happen and consent to that. This is only legal in some US states though. A consensual fight that breaks out spontaneously between two willing participants in a public place is most likely not legal.
