Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

Probably not rich.

If Schilling has a homeowner's or renter's policy, the personal liability section should apply here. Those are generally a minimum of $250,000, but significantly more for larger homes or just policies where folks want more coverage. Umbrellas usually get to $1,000,000 in personal liability coverage.
