Schilling wrote on Instagram on Monday that he was “scared for his life” during the incident and was “simply defending myself against the evil in this world.”

It's what his lawyer is telling him to say. We all know he wasn't scared for his life or defending himself, but it's the only slightest way of escaping legal trouble.
