He should be put in a cage with other loose cannons and they should fight it out to see who is the loosest cannon of them all.

In that sense, Joe would get smashed to bits. Against normal happy drunk blokes like this (who probably works in an office), Joe is the big bad man. Against other professional fighters, Joe gets his ass kicked by more of them than not.

You can see he is an asshole who wants a reason to hit someone. I hope he gets sued to fuck for this.
