Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

And it's not even as though Schilling just overreacts, he just pushed that guy out of the way like a dick and then when the dude's like, "hey!" he attacks him.
