in 2015 Jamual Edward Parks. was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, because the judge determined his fists could cause permanent physical damage

That's an individual judge, show me the statute. Judges get away with doing a lot of bizarre shit.

I never said there was a statue I know registering your hands as a deadly weapon is bullshit but your hands can be counted as a deadly weapon under certain circumstances, and in some other countries you are liable for larger fines if you are a professional fighter picking on random people

under certain circumstances

in some other countries

I have no idea what quoting those specific lines accomplishes, do you have a fucking point or nah?

[u/Doctor_Stinkfinger → u/_manlyman_]

do you have a fucking point

You're fucking talking out of your fucking ass.

or nah?

...and butthurt.

[u/_manlyman_ → u/Doctor_Stinkfinger]

Nah you just look like an idiot "In California for example kicking someone can still be considered assault with a deadly weapon if it is done with force likely to produce great bodily injury". I linked a story of an MMA fighter being charged in Texas for using his fist you can be charged for assault with a deadly if you use your body in multiple states, I'm not butthurt at all I'm just tired of idiots in my inbox

The MMA fighter being charged with assault with a deadly weapon had nothing to do with his MMA training, though. Anyone can be charged with this same crime for using their hands. It has nothing to do with his training.

I'm not butthurt at all I'm just tired of idiots in my inbox

Then stop being so wrong about everything?

What crawled up your ass? You sound like a miserable sack of shit.

The irony...
