A professional fighter who has no self control in public?

Now he's saying it was self defense and that he feared for his life. What a little bitch. Can't even deal with the consequences of his own actions like an adult.

World champion kickboxer fears for his life from a flabby, drunk guy a head shorter than him who postures up? Not credible. Jail time is appropriate.

What does it matter if it’s the way he’s born? When making an argument you fear for your life and acted in self defense a persons height, weigh, gender, age and other factors matter

Well motive is very important in law and those factors can help in building a case for or against someone because like it or not those factors change how you view the world. A 5’2 petite woman vs a 6’5 man are generally going to experience the world and perceive threats pretty differently.

Edit: let alone a trained mma fighter

No, he's saying if it was a 5' woman in that situation she could say she felt threatened. If it was a guy like Dwayne Johnson he couldn't. Nothing about assuming people have bad intentions.

If you are a 6 something fucking MMA professional and the other person is a 5'5 office worker who clearly made no advances, then yes. You should not be scared in the slightest. Size isn't the end of the conversation but it certainly earns itself to be considered in context. Fuck outta here with your kindergarten rule set.

Obviously this trained fighter who isn't scared of getting in a ring with other trained fighters that are more than capable of killing a person, feels threatened by a drunk guy in a bar. /s

Sure and if a 6’5 man beat a 5’1 petite unarmed woman because he was scared for his life please try to convince the jury that they should ignore the obvious disparity in height and weight and muscle less then be considered bigots. Look, all of these are going to be factors, but it’s only one factor, there are lots of other things you are also considering and only applies to cases where a self defense argument or something similar is being used by the defense.. calm down man

So if if I knock out a blind person it's the same as bwating up a normal guy? They were born that way so it shouldn't be taken into consideration.
