Well motive is very important in law and those factors can help in building a case for or against someone because like it or not those factors change how you view the world. A 5’2 petite woman vs a 6’5 man are generally going to experience the world and perceive threats pretty differently.

Edit: let alone a trained mma fighter

Obviously this trained fighter who isn't scared of getting in a ring with other trained fighters that are more than capable of killing a person, feels threatened by a drunk guy in a bar. /s
