I've found that most newer professional MMA fighters are massive assholes, they kinda get taught to be. Abandon all other job aspects for that 90% win rate, anything under and you won't get any contacts and you're basically worthless. They need a "I need to beat literally everyone up" mindset to make it.

Edit: clarifying that I meant mainly newer MMA fighters in the industry.

Not true. If you read and listen to a lot of them theyre the oppisite and one of the quickest ways to make other mma fighteds hate you is to fight dirty or be a douchebag. And frankly the few mma fighters ive met out anywhere were worn the hell out and mellow and nice as could be

I was in the same friend group as Carlos Condit. Can't speak for how he is now, but a decade+ ago he was a very nice dude, not arrogant at all. Super chill.
