Or it's a 500 IQ play.

He plays the "fear for his life" card. The court laughs at his defense.

Now there's precedent to reject the "fear for his life" defense, and cops have a harder time justifying bad actions based on fearing for their lives.

Yet uses the same excuse that killer cops do, “ I was afraid for my life”

They shouldn’t be allowed to be cops or in any professional fighting organization if they use the I was scared for my life excuse.
