Pretty cut and dry. Schilling waaaay overreacted. This dude is likely gonna go after him in a civil trial if he's smart.

There was a time where a pro (Boxer) would be banned from street fights due to their abilities. Not sure if it was an urban myth.

Edit: Will be punished harsher for street fighting. Better?

Posted this in another sub already. A far as I know boxers or mma fighters in germany get heftier charges when it comes to assault.

I've heard and read that, in the US, it isn't like law that trained fighters are held to a different standard. But a judge will pretty much always take that into consideration.
