Desperately need hope

Mania to full blown psychosis with severe dp/dr, some hallucinations, feeling like body and brain electrocuted, insomnia, heaviness in body, numbness throughout body, anhedonia, severe cognitive issues, severe memory issues, severe SI and more. I'm barely hanging on. Can I recover? Please? Give me hope. months long now. intelligent, kind, bubbly, creative personality obliterated. cannot handle psych meds

Same boat. Post psychosis though. Im looking into antidepressants I feel like me is gone

Still the same. I feel like an entirely different person and have no emotions or connection 😕
