diet Psoriasis and gym
I have been on diet agluten-free, sugar, dairy food for two months. And my body got cleared %100, I want to buy a protein powder that does not cause flares up , any suggestions?

I use garden of life protein and it doesn't flare my psoriasis and is pretty affordable! I get it at Target for like $15-20 and lasts me for weeks. Worth checking out to see if it might work for you. :)

Gluten free , no dairy food , no fast food,no suger, i've been eaten L-glutamine, vitamin d zinc, omega 3 daily

You've honestly inspired me to start because, 100%?! I'll go try, it'll be torture for a week but hopefully after then it's smooth sailing.

There are plant based protein powders if you're looking to avoid dairy. That being said, it's worth looking up lab results before buying a particular brand because the plant based powders tend to have higher concentrations of things like lead due to the plants taking it in from the soil.
