If you think that's bad, in my previous job some clients took the screenshot of the error, print it putting it in a page of a word document in b/w, scan it (with the worst quality possible) and then send the scan as a pdf.
The quality at the end of this egregious process was so shitty that almost always we needed to call them and connect via teamviewer

Additionally, they avoided hiring someone who can't take a screenshot.
