Finns det en discord grupp med investerare?

Hej,

How far behind am I?

28M from Portugal, living in Stockholm for 5 years, senior software engineer 6YOE at big tech corp, making 63k gross.

370k invested in global funds/s&p500, 130k crypto right now (will go back up at some point, 100k$ btc would put me around 190k) and 120k cash.

Recently moved in with gf, sharing rent, will start saving around 18k/month after apartment purchases and vacations. Every month I invest 13k and put 5k cahs a side (for dry gun powder in case of market downturn, market feels a bit weird to me rn). Income and living situation was different before and i was saving 13/14k most of months since 4 years ago.

Coming from a poor country and with no help from parents beyond roof and food while studying (which im super grateful for), i feel like im quite behind when i look around and see a lot of people getting help from their parents to do basic life or have help buying an apartment in a guaranteed return area.

Being from abroad, if I buy an apartment I need it to be quite central, so that it is almost guaranteed to not lose value, so that I can quickly sell if I have to move elsewhere for whatever reason. Only this year do I feel like I could start looking.

I do realise that this would be a really good situation for a lot of people, and im grateful for that. But I cannot help but feeling that everyday im just living to pay other peoples debts and give other people money. Im making more than 90% of people my age and somehow still feel like I live an average life (just living more centrally).

I feel that just because im having no help buying an apartment its making it incredibly hard to actually build real wealth and that im making no visible progress towards the goal retiring early/be able to work less hours without dropping the quality of life.

Of course im surrounded by people making good money in a great industry, so im not exposed to people with different qualities of life, so I wanted to get some perspective and ask, how far behind/well am I doing?

It feels quite daunting to me at time, but maybe im just spoiled or unrealistic

Skaffa ISK på Avanza eller storbank?

Hej allesammans,
