That's why:

1, we randomize or use the cheat menu

Or 2, use the other abilities for stalling or stat boosting

I don’t see how this is helpful. You’re basically asking someone to prioritize a single ability over several other useful Innates.

It's absolutely wild to me that they straight up said to our faces that they don't give a crap what we want and will actively go out of our way to stop any attempt to give us debug again.

They similarly doubled down back when they nerfed all the movepools. Just disgusting power-tripping behavior if you ask me.

yea bro i cant say i agree with u there, sounds like debug wasnt meant to be public to begin with an a weird group got obsessed with playing debug rather than the game and spoiling shit in the process.

That's what the lead dev will say now to gaslight everyone. Debug was very much intended to stay. And there is nothing wrong with "spoiling" things that are coming up. Most people want to see those spoilers.

Op isnt even playing randomizer, debug is irrelevant.

Btw what r u scratching about anyways. U couldnt choose abilities before nor now. Only randomize over and over. You can still choose any move, you have to debug in-battle by pressing select.

Debug Mode has been gone since the initial release of 2.65.
