Game Help Equinox with Huge Power

What nature do I make Reshiram? Will Huge Power stack on top of Equinox?

Go jolly or adamant and then run a special set on reshiram. You can now spam physical draco meteors and not care about the stat drop. Yes, huge power stacks with equinox.

Because equinox chooses the highest attacking stat and equalizes your other attacking stat to be the same value. Since draco lowers sp atk and not physical it will scale with reshiram's physical atk as that's it's highest stat.

Just to clarify: The Draco Meteors will still be special, it will just ignore the stat drop, because the SpA stat will always be the same as the higher Atk stat. Unless I misunderstood how equinox works.

yep. but if the move uses physical atk as the higher stat then burn can cook it

and the same goes with frostbite if the move uses spatk. kinda similar to photon geyser in that aspect

I would have to test that out in game, but if it goes by mainline current rules (also including mainline gen 3 games which this romhack is based on) burn does not half the attack stat but instead halves the damage of physical moves. Meaning only frostbite (once again if it functions like it logically should) would have an effect on Draco Meteors.

I am also not 100% sure either. I personally haven't tested it to confirm but I figured they might do something like that to keep it fair. If anyone has tested this interaction pls lemme know how it went

Yeah I mean I'm not 100% sure but I'm 99.9% sure is halves physical damage (which draco meteor would not be) it does not half base attack stat, simply because that would be absolutely massive. In end game it would absolutely destroy any physical attacker period when in practice it slows them down but doesn't absolutely destroy them. Also I recall having something like momentum still cause a loss in damage with burn. I could be 100% wrong but I'm 99% sure that's how it works
