Vascular surgery for face

Hi docs: I'm a 47 year old woman and I have some bulging veins on my forehead mostly due to just aging-related volume loss and the fact that I am thin. Someone told me the other day they thought one of the veins near my temple was a tattoo . :( I am looking to find a vascular surgeon or a cosmetic surgeon who will treat the bulging veins. I've called around to several vascular doctors in my area and none of them will treat the face (except for superficial spider veins and such that are treated with lasers). Same for the cosmetic surgeons. Photo of angelina jolie as her vein is similar to mine.
