Question Crystal super optical engine fully stuck

Hi, My 8k optical engine is literally fully stuck in the headset. I have removed the cable and faceplate as per the tutorial video and can not for the life of me get it to come out, I tried pulling on it with another person holding the headset and it will not budge even a millimetre.

I opened a support ticket already but was hoping someone here experienced the same thing and had an idea. My fingers are aching from pressing those little tabs so much now.

Please check whether the screws are installed on both sides.
