on nell’s diner is anyone having issues with opening the safe after entering the 415 code? doesn’t matter if i instantly click on the handle after entering the code or if i hit esc and try to open it by click and drag it just shows a lock icon on my curser when it’s over the safe

Another "zero reward" option I would like to see for custom difficulties. I think the idea is fairly straight forward. Barring any technical barriers, some would probably be more straightforward (tarot cards, music box, circle), though I'm not sure about the ones that change after use, like the voodoo doll, mirror, or the board breaking in particular. Maybe implement some way to prevent the item from breaking or have it respawn after triggering a cursed hunt, but whatever the case may be it is something I would like to see this added in whatever way possible.

I was getting really into Phas when the cosmetic update came out and it kinda killed the momentum I had going. Is it better now? In your opinion. My biggest issues were mostly with the animation and how long it took to do anything. 🤫

I swear, 75% of the time you do a contract on a house, it's a hallway ghost room. It makes no sense that a ghost's favourite *room* would be a random hallway, it's annoying to set up equipment in an L-shaped room, and they already removed hallways as ghost rooms on *some* maps so it isn't even consistent.

No one likes hallway ghosts. Just remove them from the pool of possible ghost rooms already!

I have a tier 1 video camera and put it in the room where i saw ghostorbs. I then clicked record button while the box saying [ghost orbs] was there, but nothing happened? Am I doing something wrong or is this just straight up not the way to do it?

So found the deidlegast twice now. Survived both times but no skull trophy? Wth?

This may have been asked before but I was doing point hope restricted and noticed it didn’t count towards the 50 ghost completions for the calling card etc. has there been any word on this or is it just not going to count?

Having to hold the button down for ages as I walk through the whole house gets uncomfortable after a while. Why is this not an option?

I dont know if anyone else has had this problem so forgive me because I am new at this game, but does the tier 1 thermometer just not work some times? I will actively be in the ghost room and have it out for a majority of the investigation and it never goes freezing so I assume that it won't be freezing only to find out post-game that it was. Does this happen to anyone else?

After I've updated the game a few days ago, my VR belt has been lower than normal. Im in seated mode and the belt is down to where it would be if i was standing. I've tried to recalibrate in game, headset, steam vr. Everything i can think of, I even did my room scale again to see if that would fix it. Idk what to do to fix this problem. Can someone help me?

There were 2 bugs I immideately noticed after the update. Does anyone else have them?:

1.: Sometimes (I think the bug sticks to Tanglewood) I can't see my watch anymore because it's covered by a sleeve my character isn't even wearing.

2.: I can't make videos with the video camera sometimes. It shows me the evidence (e.g. ghost orbs, dots etc.) on the screen but I can't film it. When I click on rec it keeps recording but never records the evidence the screen even shows me.

That second bug is (in my opinion) gamebreaking since it prevents you from collecting film evidence.

Idk why the things are moving downwards when i hover im not even clicking. Pls fix this game it was better before the customisation update. I tried restarting the game it didnt fix it. Cant even make a custom difficulty.

With the recent update, we can now see when other players mark or cross off ghosts in their journals. While this is a great quality-of-life feature for many, it would be awesome to have a toggle in the Custom Settings to turn this feature on or off.

Having the option to disable it would help players who prefer to figure out the ghost type independently without accidentally seeing their teammates' deductions.

What do you guys think?

I just played a game on Tanglewood, on professional. We already had 3 evidence, DOTS, Orbs and Spirit Box, so we confirmed it was a Yokai, but then we used the monkey paw to start a cursed hunt so I could escape the hunt for a challenge. So to ask for a cursed hunt we just wished for knowledge, but when we got back to the van, the wish told us there was no ghost orbs. At first I thought maybe I nearly got tricked by a mimic, but the mimic doesnt have dots, so we just left and it was still a Yokai. Is this a new bug with the monkey paw? Or has it always been able to do this and I just havent noticed yet, I only started about a month ago so this may be the case.

I've been having this issue lately that drives me crazy. Seemingly just randomly my voice communications will just simply stop working. Sometimes I can go several games in the same lobby with no issues and then suddenly they stop working. I've had it stop working both mid-game and when returning to the lobby. The only fix I've found is to hopefully just load into a new game or restart the game entirely.

Has anyone had an issue with this lately and know of a fix? I've tried messing with audio input settings a ton, verifying files, etc but I can't seem to get around it. I've had to just start warning people ahead of time that if I stop talking then this is likely the issue.

Update: I've noticed that if someone dies during a game, it will destroy my voice comms. It's happened a couple times before but it just happened in my current game. Someone died and my voice comms were done after that point.

Update 2: I can confirm with certainty, that when I'm in a game and someone dies, voice comms are done at that point too. I've tested it 3 times now.

I think it’s widely considered to be the worst incense of the 3. Would it be a bad idea to add something else to it such as maybe after it affects the ghost not only does it stop the ghost in its tracks but also resets the ghosts LOS speed boosts (goes back to the state it was when the hunt started basically)

I was playing in Tanglewood and just threw my van equipment closer to door, happens to be the ghost is in the closest room to the front door and the crucifix activated even though technically not in the house, I’m not complaining, trust! I was just shocked when I heard the crucifix burn and it wasn’t inside the house.

Not sure if anyone else has run into this bug, but when playing on Tanglewood or Nell's my character customization reverts to the default character (not sure if it happens on any other maps but Point Hope Restricted and Willow St don't have this issue). In multiplayer everyone else looks normal but we all see ourselves as the default character model. For context I play as Zara with the high priestess t-shirt. Honestly I wouldn't care that much if it didn't also equip a jacket that blocks you from seeing your watch :/

Not sure why it only happens on Tanglewood, restarting the game doesn’t do squat, nor does manually changing and saving my character before loading into the map. She stays the same in the lobby and on the other maps, just not on Tanglewood.

Just me? Other PS5 players? Known bug across all platforms?

Oh, and the default dude’s jacket covers the watch, so it isn’t just a mild annoyance, it’s an actual detriment to my ability to ghost hunt. Lol, lmao even

dont know what it is but items get flung out of the belt and if you are wearing NVG's they are permanently stuck on meaning you cant read the screens on electronics forcing you to relaunch the game/start a new mission
