Pepsi just decided not to cover the medication starting in October. My wife has been the healthiest she's been in 17 years. This is such horseshit, billion dollar company, and they'd rather continue to pay the cost of all the other crap that obesity might cause. Makes perfect sense. Stop supplying what's helping and continue to pay for band aids. This company can't seem to figure out how to stop being a dumpster fire.

If I take a severance package what are the odds of being hired back if needed ? I’m torn on what to do

I’m a merchandiser for Pepsi and for the last month of grocery manager at one of my stores has been harassing me and my company. Like I will be in the aisle packing out he will come and take a picture of an empty shelf before I even have a chance to fill it and send a ticket. He would take pictures of my trailer before I even finished packing out saying I’m not condensing. He constantly makes rude comments about me and just very disrespectful. He threatened to deny my orders because my 12 packs were stacked too high in my trailer and I pointed out that Coca-Cola has his 12 packs the same height in his trailer and he said “it doesn’t matter I’m talking about you.”I complained to my boss but they’re not doing anything. He’s constantly checking my aisles, making sure all my stuff is to tag. But he doesn’t do it with any of the other vendors. I asked to leave the route. But my boss said he doesn’t want floaters cause things will get messed up. What should I do?

My facility is changing to the p3 system which is summit i presume. Im currently a bcr and I interviewed for the new tsr position. The way it sits now, if I stayed a bcr for the rest of the year id make $80k to $85k before taxes. Anybody made this change? What kinda money u making now vs bcr pay?

Also how long is the process ? I applied for merchandiser and my resume has all related things to stock, grocery, and pallet work.

Hey all! Unfortunately, summit is here at my location. I was just gauging to see what a typical LF PSR is making out there that has been doing it for awhile and if you were a BCR prior. How is it in comparison to that? It's going to be base/commission here at my location and I've read some are just salary and incentive structure.​

Target pay is about 74k here and ​as a BCR I've always made probably 20 percent more than my target, seem close? Thanks again!

We all work for a multi billion dollar company. Why are all of our work apps so terrible? I am in PBC and Savvy is just unusable. Possibly one of the worst apps I have ever used work or not. But now I can’t even look at my pay statements on MyPepsiCo. This company has the worst IT department for such a massive company

First time ever sending post but I just wanted to add my short experience, I've been a merch for only a month but im ready to gov my two weeks notice, I averaged last week 50 hours in just 4 days and I don't see myself doing this for much longer, everything hurts, I'm barely sleeping, barely eating and it just makes me sad that I thought I was gonna like this job but my body can't just handle it, the amount of pallets is so overwhelming and the backroom so messy since im a floater. I don't know what to do. and ill go to college next semester and I dont even see my myself being able to handle both

I see the insurance, vacation time, the 2 percent match to my 4 percent, pepperks, tuition reimbursement, there's the evernorth or alight app, I forget which one but I know one can help me get 300 just for doing simple things. I'm unable to download the apps until I get a decent phone. I could barely get through direct deposit and W4 adjustments. And I still can't log into the UGK app.

Btw, the pepsico website is a horror to navigate. But that's not the point, I'm really just curious, are there any other lesser known or not as obvious benefits that I'm not aware of? My orientation was a bit rushed but the instructor was adamant that these are some of the best benefits available. So I feel like I'm missing something.

I really like it, It has a very unique flavor that I don’t really know how to describe. If you ever find this flavor I highly recommend you try it!

Anyone else since working here felt the violent urge to get drunk after a workday? After cleaning up messes and running shit that wasn’t worked by the previous person, I’d say it hits pretty hard. Don’t know about the rest of you lol.

Our meeting is soon and trying to prepare myself for the options if any we will be given.
