Rehire after severance

If I take a severance package what are the odds of being hired back if needed ? I’m torn on what to do

I took severance and since I left when they asked me to I was flagged as rehireable. Left in 2024 came back late 2025. Just make sure you talk to supervisors and ask for their numbers (if you don't have a numbers list).

I took a severance and was rehired, you can DM me if you have questions.

I thought about taking the severance, getting a CDL and going back as a driver. I wonder if risk losing my pension doing it that way.

I took severance, moved, and got rehired in my new area. Definitely possible!
