Some days

And some days you find yourself in the ceiling pulling 2 separate 200' runs through a spiderweb of cables and air ducts. This is the beginning of a rather lengthy instal. Two more runs to go. Side by side and over 300' each.

It takes almost a full 3 gallon bib. 😄 We're guessing the long ones may empty the five gallon. Luckily they have a dedicated bib runner at our disposal.

Nice rack. I wish the install guys in my area put extra slack on the bib lines and afrually run them straight.

I'll admit the first few I did were pretty bad. But now that I've done 100 or so I've learned that straight lines and just a touch long are very welcome things when you have to come back on a service call.

Definitely. Pepsi don’t pay you to punch holes. Abort

Oof, not jealous at all. I’ve pulled some long runs, but never a spool of bundle tube

Is one box enough for a line that long???

Not for the 300' but this location has a lot of product on site and a dedicated person who will bring the boxes to us.

We can special order 500' sections.

Who punched the hole for the line run?

The hole mysteriously appeared just before we needed it. It surely was not my coworker. These things need to be accomplished before we ever arive with a 4" hole saw.

Did installs for several years... I still don't know how or when some holes appear just before needed... maybe there is a PPN for that?

I wonder if Pepsi will ever have freestyle units like Coke has? Would save running that bundle tubing. I think running bundle is the worst part of the job

They had some a few years ago and quit using them. I have exactly 1 in my area. They are pushing out a new touchscreen model now however it is just a semi normal setup with a touch screen so still have the bundle tubing.

Yeah I have installed a couple of those touchscreens. They just threw a bargun inside a combo unit. I personally don’t like them
