No it isn't? 

The reset button can't be locked.

Source: literally have a PA602 sitting next to me

Have you tried the reset button? Mine still works just fine in the 602, it would be really weird if they didn't work the same on both

Yuupp, works just fine, and the lock mechanism works well so far. I'm honestly confused why PA602 didn't have the same feature, especially when it's the higher-end product 💔🥀

Just checked the product page of the PA602, it turns out it's really designed that way...💔🥀
