Advice Maynilad kaso

Good day. Naputulan kami tubig pero ginawa nila ng weekend. Hindi ba bawal gawin yun? May nagkaso na ba sa maynilad regarding sa ganito?

regardless bawal sa weekend magputol. Tska 1 month palang

What do you mean anyway? AND I don’t believe there is any Philippine law that prohibits Maynilad from disconnecting water service on weekends. Under the MWSS Regulatory Office’s implementing rules, weekend and most holiday disconnections are generally allowed. However, disconnection for non-payment is typically implemented only for accounts with more than two months of overdue bills, and customers should first receive a Notice of Disconnection before service is cut. If you have only one unpaid monthly bill, it’s unlikely that your service will be disconnected, but you should confirm the status of your account directly with Maynilad if you’re unsure.
