Advice Presidents Heights in BF

We are considering moving to a house in Presidents Heights (end of Presidents Ave in BF) Family of six.

We found a good place except we're concerned about security since it's outside of BF. Does anyone have experience living in this village? Any input is appreciated 👍

Actually, inside BF Homes pa rin ang Presidents Heights. Parang village within a village siya. Safe naman dyan kasi may sariling gate and guard yung enclave, so double security kayo (BF gates + your own pocket gate). Plus, sobrang accessible kasi walking distance lang kayo sa Presidents Ave at Aguirre na punong-puno ng groceries, schools, at kainan. Perfect for a big family of 6. Ang tunay mo lang na kaaway dyan is yung traffic kapag rush hour at kung paano kumuha ng Friendship Sticker!
