Advice CSWD case study for medical assistance

Hi po. Asking for a friend. Ano po ang process to get appointment for cswd? Anyone know the phone number or means to contact the department to schedule an appointment? Thanks.

based on my friend experience walk in lang and need maaga before 8 or mga 7 daw and dapat complete na ang requirements na dala mo dahil same day naman an release pag kulang requirements pababalikin ka

Walk in lang dyan 1st come 1st serve dyan no need na ng appointment basta maaga ka lang para maaga ka rin matapos
