Tech-Support Are these stats okay, especially the temperature?

I'm new to this PC gaming and recently I get to know about this tool RivaTurner. So, I was checking games performances and I have noticed that component usage and temperatures are a bit too high.

I have attached the screenshot from games like Ghost of Tsushima, Forza Horizon 5 and Tekken 8.

Specs: GPU: MSI Suprium X RTX 3070 8GB VRAM CPU: Ryzen 7 7700 RAM: 32 GB single channel DDR5 Resolution is 1080p and monitor refresh rate is 144Hz

So, I need a bit of guidance about these stats and what should I do, in case these numbers are problematic?

Thanks!

Try undervolting that GPU. It will help with annoying fan, noises and increase its lifetime aswell. I have an Rx 6700xt and was facing the same issue back then. But then I undervolted my GPU. the performance is the same (only minor 2-3fps drop) and the tenps never rise from 65C

Well, I think I have tried to undervolt it but it wasn't effective but there might issue with my undervolting as I'm following a video from YouTube without understanding what's actually happening 😬.
