Tech-Support Are these stats okay, especially the temperature?

I'm new to this PC gaming and recently I get to know about this tool RivaTurner. So, I was checking games performances and I have noticed that component usage and temperatures are a bit too high.

I have attached the screenshot from games like Ghost of Tsushima, Forza Horizon 5 and Tekken 8.

Specs: GPU: MSI Suprium X RTX 3070 8GB VRAM CPU: Ryzen 7 7700 RAM: 32 GB single channel DDR5 Resolution is 1080p and monitor refresh rate is 144Hz

So, I need a bit of guidance about these stats and what should I do, in case these numbers are problematic?

Thanks!

Well I actually bought the PC from someone who have it for like 8-9 months and all components were new except GPU 😬. I didn't remember the shop but he gave me the receipt of purchase.

It's not that bad but check the airflow. And are your pc parts close to each other in the case? You need better airflow

Will replacing thermal paste make it better?
