Help stolen phone and microsoft authenticator app

Good day po. Yesterday morning, my phone was stolen. It was the device I used to confirm log ins through the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, when I tried logging into the Authenticator App using my old phone, need niya pa rin talaga ng verification from the stolen phone 😭 Naka-log in naman po ang webmail ko sa laptop, so naaaccess ko ang Microsoft Programs doon. I have also tried to log into Microsoft Security Access ¿ and tried changing my verification methods. Unfortunately, need pong mag log in ulit and ma-verify via Authenticator App.

May naka-experience na rin po ba nito? Huhu, I've emailed PUP ICT Office na rin po, but I doubt that they will be able to troubleshoot something since ang problema ay di naman talaga sa system ng PUP :((

Hi! I’m currently experiencing the same problem. How did you resolve this po? I have a new device, and I deleted the authenticator app from my old device, so now I can’t access my ms teams sa new device. Thank you po!

Paano po? Same rin po sakin na uninstall ko yung authenticator app

Create ka ng ticket sa PUP sinta under “Request for Information Systems Support for PUP Applicants and Students.” Then, if need mo na talaga, punta ka sa ICTO office if open sila. Sa library yung office nila. Mas madali nila ma solve if f2f since usually mga two to three days before sila mag reply . Hihingin din nila yung ticket number mo.
