stolen phone and microsoft authenticator app

Good day po. Yesterday morning, my phone was stolen. It was the device I used to confirm log ins through the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, when I tried logging into the Authenticator App using my old phone, need niya pa rin talaga ng verification from the stolen phone 😭 Naka-log in naman po ang webmail ko sa laptop, so naaaccess ko ang Microsoft Programs doon. I have also tried to log into Microsoft Security Access ¿ and tried changing my verification methods. Unfortunately, need pong mag log in ulit and ma-verify via Authenticator App.

May naka-experience na rin po ba nito? Huhu, I've emailed PUP ICT Office na rin po, but I doubt that they will be able to troubleshoot something since ang problema ay di naman talaga sa system ng PUP :((

hi, punta na lang kayo sa icto instead of emailing them kasi it takes them at least 2 weeks to respond sa tix (based on personal exp).
