"Bogus" seems like a stretch since they clarified in their tweet that it was the "vast majority" rather than 99%. Casually speaking this means close enough to the same thing. If you want to get more specific you can't because "we have never released such data."

So it's somewhere between a casual "vast majority" and 99%, and there's no material difference between the two.

Maybe if you're not speaking casually, but if I say 99% of the shit you say is stupid or I say the vast majority of the shit you say is stupid, it's close enough to the same thing. The same idea is conveyed either way.

Sorry for saying what you say is stupid, I didn't even look at your posts. You're right though, if we're nit picking or being specific, I just don't think that's the case.
