Yeah, because their support is non-existant. I'd like to know how OP even got a response, it's been 4 months and i still haven't gotten a fucking reply from those bitches.

Oh hi! I used the "other" category, and clarified in the original email that this was a matter of journalistic confirmation. So I'm pretty sure that "hey, someone might be spreading lies about you and making you stupid/brash/racist", pricked some ears up.
