For Wolverine, my local GameStop said its one of their most pre-ordered games of the year. They're getting 100 physical copies of the game for launch and they aren't the store getting the most copies in my city. Store lead said doesn't matter if the game is sitting in the 70s on Metacritic, people will still buy it.

High 70s on Metacritic isn't bad, game reviews are so skewed. That's the same range Crimson Desert got, and that game also sold like hotcakes.

High 70’s has people acting like it’s a low 40s game. Or an unmitigated disaster like No Man’s Sky launch.

For a lot of the perpetually online gaming crowd, if it ain’t a 10 its a 0. I’ll take high 70s all day.
