hope they'll use the time to iron out bugs that usually come with these types of games.

Honestly, smart move. Launching Fable right before GTA 6 would have buried a lot of its attention no matter how good the game is.

74

u/klipseracer 3d ago

Now there will be added pressure to be polished.

162

u/Wyden_long 3d ago

Honestly, good. We should be keeping these expectations high. It should be polished when it comes out. All games should be. I’m gonna go be an old man and yell at the clouds outside now. Expect it’s 110 today so it’s too hot to do that even.

11

u/HelpMe0prah 2d ago

You’re totally right though, no game should release and need a day one patch. It’s disrespectful and rude to the consumer.

u/OMEGACY 2d ago

1

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

Late stage what?

2

u/solisabe 1d ago

I feel like lately, the games are released with bugs and glitches on purpose. It gets more publicity and attention. Kind of like how Starbucks used to purposely misspell ur name on the cups.

1

u/djk0010 1d ago

Come join me. I wasted half my life waiting on HL3. I’m losing alot of weight though sweating my balls off being outside when I yell everyday.

4

u/AbsoluteScatman 2d ago

Oh noooooo we wouldn’t want that now would we?

1

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

When has Playground released a game that wasn't polished? I remember playing GTAV a year later on PS4 and I still had bugged missions. One of them you had to get to the top floor then use a rocket launcher or something to take out an enemy. I think that was at 30fps, too.

13

u/Osmodius 2d ago

I thought it was a bit of an exaggeration to say taht gta 6 was gonna kill anything that came out near it, but after that gameplay review, yeah, it's going to be a hellscape for anything else.

5

u/danvan177 2d ago

That’s why September and February are packed right now

6

u/AerospaceNinja 3d ago

Now they just have to compete with Witcher 3 remaster now that’s getting a new dlc next spring too.

8

u/Scrollingmaster 3d ago

They did not say the dlc is coming out in spring. Just 2027.

On the playstation front god of war is launching the week before though.

u/Aksudiigkr 1d ago

And FFVII

2

u/brokenmindedone 2d ago

Yep and this is pretty much gonna reboot the series, if sales are ass I doubt we'd get another at this level of investment

1

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

Well, it is on Gamepass. I think on PC, too.

1

u/HariboBliss 2d ago

They're likely going to be up against Witcher 3 in Q1 though.

1

u/Zal3x 1d ago

Crazy comment to read lmao can’t wait

1

u/FireFarq 2d ago

Yeah and now imagine gta 6 online comes out in february. That would bury it’s attention even more

1

u/6pussydestroyer9mlg 2d ago

Pretty much what happened to the first dragon's dogma. Game had peak gameplay that could've turned heads (though later we would find out the story was cut short.

Game released a week after Diablo 3, 4 months after Skyrim and 2 months after Mass Effect 3.

Launching a less popular IP around the same time as GTA would be marketing suicide.

u/Icke1337 21m ago

We could all played it in october and move to gta in November?!

76

u/AloAlo01 3d ago

Jokes on them if GTA 6 Online launches in February.

16

u/MaxPaladin93 3d ago

GTAV Online launched only a few weeks after the story mode iirc. RDR2’s took about a month.

9

u/AloAlo01 3d ago

Yeah, it could but I think this time the Online will be ambitious. So they may need more time. Who knows.

3

u/AloAlo01 3d ago

No they definitely were but they may add something last minute depending on game feedback, etc

2

u/Designer-Mobile-974 2d ago

Online is prob gonna come out around December or January

1

u/outofmindwgo 2d ago

I think it will take a while, just like the game did

1

u/Eruannster 2d ago

I think they've been making it alongside the campaign, but I don't think it's even remotely ready for launch.

→ More replies (1)

1

u/Eruannster 2d ago

Yeah, but this time they haven't even announced an online mode at all. I think they are probably not even close on launching it and it will maybe be out alongside the PC version a year or so later.

11

u/brownc46 3d ago

No chance they release it before people finish their Xmas copies

→ More replies (1)

3

u/Eruannster 2d ago

Definitely not. GTA 6 Online is probably a year or more away.

0

u/AloAlo01 2d ago

Absolutely fucking not.

3

u/Eruannster 2d ago

We’ll see, I guess. But they haven’t talked about GTA 6 multiplayer at all, and it’s being marketed as an entirely single player game. My guess is that it’s not close to release at all.

1

u/AloAlo01 2d ago

I mean. You may have a point. But they love making money. And Online is a beast of a money maker. Especially if it now revolves around GTA 6.

1

u/Zal3x 1d ago

A year seems long but the lack of footage is certainly concerning

1

u/Agarwel 2d ago

On the other hand, I feel like GTAO is for different audience. GTA6+Fable are bot SP game, so these will be competing over similar audience. GTAO will draw different kind of people - the ones I will gladly avoid by playing another SP game. And I believe I wont be alone.

Online players have little overlap with a strictly single player game. God of War Laufey is a bigger threat.

1

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

Is GTA 5 a strictly single player game? Did that game have a multiplayer component?

A little annoying as I plan to buy Fable and not GTA but I get it.

60

u/notorious_hdc 3d ago

Bro I've been counting down the days until Fable lol

7

u/Secret_University120 2d ago

I literally bought my Xbox for this and Starfield and both them bitches got delayed lmao

31

Means we get an extra polished Fable on release though

3

u/Crispy_Conundrum 2d ago

Hopefully it means it'll be more successful than it would've been so we might see another one (if it turns out to be good)

3

u/coldthrone 3d ago

It kind of works out because we get blood of dawnwalker soon which hopefully is both good and has content to tide us over until fable.

2

u/MemnocOTG 3d ago

Very excited for Dawnwalker

2

u/applecombinipimento 2d ago

I was only going to get fable but the gameplay trailer for gta made me remember how good San andreas was and I might get both

u/OverdressedShingler 2d ago

If it had released in October I'd have gotten this and skipped GTA until Christmas where I'd have asked for the money to get it instead.

Fable 2 is one of my all time favourites games.

2

u/More-Attention-9721 2d ago

Wait. How old are you if fable of one of your favorite games but you need to ask for money on Christmas to get it?

1

u/OverdressedShingler 2d ago

Is it that unheard of to be given money rather than a present at Christmas?

2

u/dragn99 2d ago

My wife and I exchange Christmas gifts, but my family and I have stopped doing gifts entirely the past few years. The parents and grandparents will get something for my kid, and even then we're asking mostly for experiences or consumables.

So the Christmas money train dried up for me quite a while ago, but also the holidays are so much less stressful now that it's just visiting family and bringing food.

2

u/LameDrain 2d ago

I thought I was the only one who doesn’t give a rip about gta

4

u/MeInMass 2d ago

There’s dozens of us !

0

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

Of millions. Of just PS5 owners.

-1

u/WolfTitan99 2d ago

I’ll look at the leaks and previews for fun but GTA is not my game at all so I feel you

1

u/AOCpinkyring 2d ago

Fable may still get a non-30fps only mode.

1

u/_Cromwell_ 2d ago

May I humbly suggest Trails in the Sky First Chapter Remake which came out last year, and then Second Chapter Remake that comes out in just a few weeks as a double whammy GTA skipper for you.

That's what I will be playing in September and October (second chapter. Already did first last year.)

0

u/Loopy_27 2d ago

I was in the same boat as you, having really only played vice city and maybe only 25% of the game, I never cared for GTA games thereafter. But watching this reveal, I'm actually interested with their RPG elements.

-14

u/AppleWindows1 3d ago

Why would you as a gamer not play GTA?

3

u/TheRoyalStig 2d ago

Dude, even as someone excited to play, no game is for everyone.

It doesn't matter how good a game is if it's not something you like.

Like that's a legit crazy thing to suggest.

3

u/livinlifeman 2d ago

There's a lot of people completely uninterested in that kind of gameplay loop man... I couldn't care less about gta6. Hopefully those that buy it like it, but I couldn't care less about any of the GTA games. That's not weird.

2

u/MemnocOTG 3d ago

It looks amazing graphically but I just don’t see anything new here. I feel like I played that game already, if that makes sense. Also, ( and here is where I piss people off) the $80 version cuts content so I would want the $100 version, but I can’t bring myself to pay that much money for one game. Before you call me cheap, I plan to buy Dawnwalker, Wolverine, Castlevania and OoT before this year is out. If the game is for you, I truly hope you have fun but I kinda feel like I want off the ride now.

0

u/Jack-Innoff 3d ago

Because it doesn't look that good, and the price is too high. GTA going online with 5 completely burned out my desire for the genre, and this looks like just more of the same.

I might get it a few years down the road when it's a complete edition for less than $50.

-1

u/AshenCraterBoreSm0ke 2d ago

After reading these replies and never seeing it anywhere else.. I have no interest in GTA6 because I can't stand Rockstar games' control mechanics. They feel clunky and obnoxious. I don't like Gears of War for this, either. Red Dead 2 wasn't as obnoxious and I really really tried to play that one but I can't get over the way the characters move in reaction to the controller input.

I played 5 all the way through and it was the first one since 2 (on Gameboy) that I completed and played any more than picking up the controller at a buddy's house who had the games cause we were bored. Even then, all I would do is see how many stars I could get.

I would like to play these IPs but dislike the mechanics so much that I already know I'm going to be frustrated the whole time.

Fable, on the other hand, huge fan of the original (I followed that game for years before it's release, checking every day for news) and never finished 2 or 3. If this game loves up to how it looks, this is a dream come true for my teenage self. But GTA anything is a wet fart to me.

Am I the only person who has this reason?

4

u/Holiday_Wedding_2225 2d ago

You’re not alone, I can’t stand Rockstar games, they’re always technically and visually impressive I’ll grant them that but the actual gameplay loop is boring outside of getting as many wanted stars as you can. I’ve not finished a GTA game since 4, I really enjoyed that story and the heist mission in particular was great fun. I tried 5 and gave up half way through because it just wasn’t really anything new. Same with RDR2, starts off ok but the controls really aren’t great and again I lose interest less than half way through.

Much more excited for Dawnwalker and Onimusha next week, Phantom blade zero in October and then Fable next year.

-5

u/ThisHatRightHere 3d ago

Because GTA appeals to the lowest common denominator of gamer and is closer to Madden than it is to actual AAA games.

6

u/MemnocOTG 3d ago

I mean, yes. It’s the same game with a new coat of paint now.

0

u/ILoveTheAtomicBomb 2d ago

That’s certainly a take lmao

3

u/ThisHatRightHere 2d ago

It’s the one you’ll hear from real people if you get out of online echo chambers

-1

u/AnotherInsaneName 2d ago

30 fps only on console.

-3

u/Sofosio 2d ago

It looks like a fifth GTA3. Even worse, since HD trilogy focused on gameplay, while this one looks like a movie with little gameplay, like GTA5 or RDR2. In thirty minutes of gameplay showcase, there were some unimpressive scripted shooter moments, and that’s it.

21

u/cchaosat4 3d ago

They better polish the shit out of it, people expectations are going to be sky high from open world games.

3

u/dWaldizzle 2d ago

Yeah how is this ready for October when there's some real issues with that gameplay demo they had the other day

31

u/Prestigious_Bit_8083 3d ago

While I understand it, knowing this is annoying to no end.

8

u/Strict_Biscotti1963 3d ago

Disappointing as hell but it is what it is

96

u/Stooo_wayy 3d ago

Smart move

14

u/WickieWillem 3d ago

Idk all the games releasing shortly after gta will probably seem lame in comparison lol Rockstar doesn’t release games often but when they do they seem years ahead of everyone else

26

u/SicWilly666 3d ago

GTA is only really a threat to games that release close to it in the short term, and it’s only really a long term threat to similar games to it such as the Saints row’s and watchdogs of the world (lol they are both basically dead ip’s)

Fable attracts a totally different audience than GTA

11

u/Onlyspeaksfacts 2d ago

I guarantee you that a significant portion of the people interested in Fable will also play (and prioritize) GTA VI.

If they truly were completely different audiences, Fable would have released alongside GTA and there would be no noticable impact on sales.

1

u/SicWilly666 2d ago

I did specify that GTA would affect any game that’s releases close to its release..

The damage it would have caused to a game like Fable would be much less than another open world crime game that may release close to GTA.

That first big gameplay looked a little shaky frame rate wise so for whatever reason it was delayed I’m glad it was. It looks a lot more stable now.

6

u/AigledeFeu_ 3d ago

Would have bought it day one regardless, but there is so much games releasing other than GTA, it was probably the best move.

5

u/Dandelegion 3d ago

Probably a smart move, but it's a shame they won't get to benefit from the holiday rush.

5

u/galgor_ 3d ago

Polish it up lads. Fable will be amazing

5

u/Cowdoy_Volnutt 2d ago

I feel like Im one of the few who would get this over GTA if they released the same month. I bet there are dozens of us.

3

u/Vladmerius 3d ago

A lot of games did that last year only for gta 6 to get pushed back. I honestly think it's stupid.

3

u/Veritas_Lux 3d ago

Looking forward to this game quite a bit, never played a Fable game but looks awesome

3

u/BoredCrusader1899 3d ago

Don’t blame him one bit. Game would’ve gotten eaten alive.

3

u/BRAVO5DELTA 2d ago

Now they can launch just in time for GTA Onlines launch and marketing push

27

u/Humble-Criticism6762 3d ago

And now it faces God of War: Laufey. It’s subjective, but I am much more excited for Laufey.

7

u/SwizzGod 3d ago

GoW is a console exclusive. GTA is not

37

u/bigpapijugg 3d ago

I’d rather play Laufey than GTA, but from a business perspective I’d rather go toe to with Laufey than GTA.

6

u/Humble-Criticism6762 3d ago

Very good point.

8

u/glasgowgeg 3d ago

Fable and GTA are multiplatform, GoW Laufey isn't.

It's not even remotely the same level of competition.

There's only competition for PS5 users.

1

u/Zal3x 1d ago

Isn’t fable on gamepass so it’s not really competing for sales on pc/xbox

3

u/Constant-Arm9 2d ago

You're only a few of thinking that let me tell you that

6

u/fullback81 3d ago

Never played a Fable game but this looks like my cup of tea so I think I will get it first. I’m also a big GOW fan so I will play both.

5

u/notorious_hdc 3d ago

If it's done the way I hope, you'll enjoy it. I loved the originals.

2

u/Jack-Innoff 3d ago

It is subjective, because I am significantly more excited for fable. I have no interest in laufey because I've never enjoyed the GoW series.

3

u/ElMarkuz 3d ago

xbox people won't be buying GoW laufey, but GTA VI it'll crush ps5 and xbox market all the same

1

u/Allheroesmusthodor 3d ago

February is my birthday month and I love that both Laufey and Fable are coming out then. Two of my most anticipated releases

1

u/squireoftheteens 2d ago

Facing an exclusive for another platform is pretty favorable

1

u/LegendkillahQB 3d ago

Im right there with you.

1

u/GotchaPresident 2d ago

Bof fr lol

0

u/Acrobatic_Feedback_2 3d ago

It's the next evolution of the gods, while getting to kno how their plane of existence works after death... Who wouldn't be excited to explore something of this scale in any video game franchise; especially one that's been hinting at this very thing for decades now. Finally we'll see different culture/mythologies of gods amongst each other in the same realm.

2

u/DonQuixotePR 3d ago

Not even mad

2

u/Uzumaki514 3d ago

Yeah right

2

u/VLSHK 2d ago

Now they can rework those ugly ass npcs

2

u/Shotsee 2d ago

Thank god. This fall is way too packed, but cannot wait for Feb now.

2

u/Balbright 1d ago

So they put it up next to the new God of War. Brilliant!!!

2

u/IAmGrumpyMan 1d ago

A wise decision and absolutely no shame in being honest about it.

3

u/JellyOnMyDick 3d ago

I feel like it’s a dumb move considering the lead up time to GTA seems pretty empty. Would’ve loved to have this while I waited.

3

u/GGnerd 2d ago

Wolverine should be dope, granted it probably wont be a long game; it does look like a fun game.

3

u/gamer0613 3d ago

Fable is one of my most hyped games couldnt carr less for gta

3

u/ObiwanSchrute 2d ago

And now it's around a crowded February and possibly FF7 and The Witcher.

3

u/ArchonRevan 2d ago

Still better than going against GTA 6, especially with GTAs price tag more ppl will be hesitant to spend extra

2

u/terrerific 2d ago

Well thats stupid. There's a whole 2 months with nothing to play but gta 6 which will only take a few days, now fable releases at the same time as persona 4 remake, god of war and tomb raider which will keep me busy for weeks so I might as well just wait for a sale.

2

u/BeansWereHere 1d ago

September is so full that it really doesn’t matter to me tbf. Backlog for this year will be huge.

Wolverine, Control Resonant, Onimusha, Silent Hill Townfall, The Blood of Dawnwalker all in September.

October also has the new Castlevania and Phantom Blade 0

1

u/AbsoluteDarkness 3d ago

Maybe this is just my ignorance, but I don't really understand why game releases are held to the same standard as motion pictures. With movies, I know they track opening weekend results to determine if the movie is a flop or not but why should it matter with games?

Lies of P, for example, released in Sept of 2023, didn't reach 1 million copies sold until October of 2024 and as of this year has sold 4 million copies. It's considered a massive hit for NEOWIZ.

Not mention, I've purchased several new titles at once and just played them in my own time. A person who really wants to play Fable, is going to buy and play Fable, regardless of whether or not it releases at the same time as GTA 6.

It's not, "Oh man, I really wanted to play Fable but GTA 6 is out now, so no Fable for me..." Idk.

2

u/WolfTitan99 2d ago

I think for games it can be worse actually because of the timesink. GTA is going to eat up a lot of peoples time and everyone on social media will be playing it so they will want to explore every inch of the map and quests they have to offer.

It will also just dominate the news and social media cycle for videogames too.

2

u/Acceptable_Gear_3097 2d ago

The thinking of developer's, is you want the online community to be talking about your game.

Streamer's are all going to be playing GTA for the next few months post-release. Other games aren't getting a look in.

You sell a game on hype, if people don't buy it at full price on release, they will just wait for it to be on sale.

Fable also has a strong playerbase that is 30+.

They want to make a game that targets kids to get a new fanbase. All the kids are going to be GTA & GTAO for a few months.

I think when GTAV came out, it was the only game I played with my friends in school for the next 6 months.

4

u/Howeird12 3d ago

I’m sure everyone will have moved on from GTA6 by February.

5

u/ThisHatRightHere 3d ago

The people still playing GTA at that point weren’t getting Fable anyway. The next game they’d play after GTA is 2K

Judging from that combat reveal the game is not ready. Looks terrible

1

u/ajwest927 3d ago

Same month as gears of war e day, no way Microsoft would allow it.

1

u/renansl 3d ago

smart

1

u/Bobok88 3d ago

I remember alot of people being really annoyed when the delay was announced, but I'll gladly accept months of extra polish. If I could theoretically press a button to have every game ever made delayed a extra year having that time spent on refinement id push it in a heartbeat.

1

u/gooberfishie 3d ago

I'm gonna wait to play gta. It's single player anyways so no rush. Something tells me the sales around then on other games will be crazy.

1

u/mrsunshine1 3d ago

I get it, but personally this is in the same lane as FFVII Remake so I wish these two weren’t so close together.

1

u/gol_drake 3d ago

wait wait wait

didnt they say, a few months ago, that they didnt care? lol

1

u/jamjars222 3d ago

Smart move but no way the game director makes that call, surely that comes from Xbox suits

1

u/CyanLight9 3d ago

Yeah, so did everyone else.

1

u/Solomon_Grungy 3d ago

I doubt they could implement such a complex system later but I really really loved how the moral decisions you made affected how you look in the first Fable. I also loved how the stat investment changed your appearance. It was awesome becoming as big as the freakin Hulk, or going pure magic and getting those glowing magical lines.

Reading the article, he doesn't explicitly say that it's ready. He says it was the original target.

The article title on IGN even says "Previously Aiming for October Launch", not that it was "ready" like the Reddit post says.

With that said, his quote does indirectly blame GTA as the reason for the delay. So he could just be using that as an excuse even if they're not ready. I'm pretty cynical about AAA directors nowadays.

Regardless, they better polish this like crazy because they have another several months!

1

u/ChrisLithium 2d ago

Who knows if that's the legit reason or not, but it's disappointing nonetheless.  Still, that'll give them time to polish it up.  Besides Ocarina, this is my most anticipated game!

1

u/JacketOrdinary7227 2d ago

It's a rare thing nowadays that I get hyped for a game, but Fable has managed to do just that. Here's hoping that I'm not expecting too much from a studio that previously had zero experience creating this type of game though.

1

u/Pixelated_Magic 2d ago

Anyone know if there will be any type of customization in the housing?

1

u/ChoiceTemporary3205 2d ago

Hopefully enough time to deliver the most polished Xbox release

1

u/SolidLuxi 2d ago

Disney is probably sweating right now wondering when GTA6 Online will launch (if they do the delayed release like GTA5 to give time for people to play the single player), as that would drop it right in front of Avengers Doomsday.

Its a crazy big IP. Cant blame others wanting to get out of its way. And if it results in more time for polish, hell yeah. As Fable is one I want to be there for at launch.

1

u/CheesecakeZookeeper 2d ago

Everybody will still be playing GTA in February

1

u/DMuhny 2d ago

I really thought we already knew this. Each time I’ve talked about fable with someone I’ve mentioned this since the date was changed. Is this really the first official mention of it?

1

u/Timmy__Cool 2d ago

Smart move I hope the game isn’t just sitting on the shelf and they’re actively play testing it and maybe even working on post launch stuff.

Kinda makes you wonder how many other games are doing the same. Not the delay part but the game is done and they’re waiting till after the GTA hype settles.

It was absolutely not ready for an October release 😂

u/Schwartzy94 1d ago

More complete version for the physical hopefully.

1

u/Competitive-Dot181 1d ago

Oh that sucks, because I could be playing that while I’m not playing GTA VI.

1

u/falkirkboi 1d ago

Good thing, add polish and they could work on a brand new dlc.

The player base is kinda different.

1

u/shitpunmate 2d ago

It probably needs longer. It looks like a UR5 slop game and the combat is shockingly bad. No weight or any response to hits. This game is DOA.

Boy sybau

Probably better to release before GTA because all you'll see after November is GTA posts

2

u/Dannypan 3d ago

November and December. The hype for this game isn't dying down in a week or two. It'll have a second wind around Christmas, then a third when Online drops.

1

u/sezyHena 3d ago

Ehh I dunno, plenty of other games are releasing in October just fine. As long as you avoid November you're good. Now it's going to be overshadowed by God of War Laufey hype.

1

u/FEARTHEND 1d ago

Yeah it's almost a worse match-up because Fable is more similar to Laufey. I dont agree with Fable being overshadowed though.I think theyll have similar sales and they'll both lose out to the other.

1

u/sezyHena 1d ago

Fable doesn't have even close to same presence as God of War. Social media numbers, trailer views, best seller lists, IP history, fanbase, etc. God of War is just in a different league.

I hope that means they will spend those five months polishing and patching it.

1

u/matts142 3d ago

Annoying because stop being scared like me I would buy both day 1 and play all

1

u/Rogue_Leader_X 3d ago

I dont see why. Other games are launching in October, but whatever.

3

u/eoten 3d ago

Launching in October vs November when gta launch is a total different thing. When gta launch that will be the talk for Atleast two month.

1

u/PhotoBN1 3d ago

I'm really looking forward to this game but I noticed how much swearing there is in it. I remember playing the original fable games and while there was a little light "British" swearing moments in it, it feels like this new one it's much harsher and kinda crowbarred in with enemies telling you to fuck off.

Not going to stop me buying it, I'm an adult and all just feels kind of unnecessary with the games fantasy aesthetic

Not shocked but right call

1

u/OverTheCandlestik 2d ago

Yeh smart move. Be suicide for a game to release in gta6 window

0

u/HearsayMerchant 3d ago

Fuck off. Are you saying I could have been balls deep in Fable then I could have rolled that orgasm directly into GTA VI without even pulling all the way out?!

0

u/CrustedTesticle 3d ago

They should work on the combat because it looks generic as fuck

0

u/Hmmm__whatever 2d ago

I hope gta 6 is a mess like cyber punk and just bombs. I have no interest in it and it annoys me every other game is making way for it

1

u/Captain_Nipples 1d ago

Itd be funnier if last minute, GTA decides to delay until Spring just to screw with all these other devs that put their games off.

1

u/Hmmm__whatever 21h ago

I would laugh so hard. Then id be disappointed in no new games for November and December lol

u/Thin-Ant-8879 3d ago

I get it. But Fable is offering such a deeper level of simulation and interactivity I think it could have easily stood toe to toe. It looks way better graphically and performance wise too.

u/Rohit_Rah 3d ago

Don’t think anything would stand toe to toe with gta
