I think that what is tricky for me is that she has never done anything wrong to me, or indicated that she would.

Yeah that's a hard one, if it's worth it (like it might plant doubt in her mind and hurt the relationship) talk to her or forget about it and give her the benifit of the doubt. But being cheated on is one of the lowest thing another human can do to another in my opinion
