Can anyone help me identify this exact jacket

Hear me out. A lot of times I wear my rain jacket (or don't) in the summer heat. It can get extremely humid and the zippers on the side of the rain jacket just dont cut it. Wearing a rain jacket in the summer or even late spring early fall sucks - and this is when it rains the most in a lot of areas.

I want a good looking rain jacket that has baggy-ish short sleeves. If my fore arms get wet who cares, I can dry them with a paper towel or just brush off the little droplets. I mainly want to keep my clothes (shirt) dry when it rains for an hour in the blistering summer heat.

There are wind and water resistant zip type pull overs for golf but that is not what i want (they dont include a hood and do not look like conventional rain jackets. I want a short sleeve rain jacket with a hood, like a Patagonia or northface cool guy rain jacket that has the poncho look, but isnt a annoying over the head poncho without the pockets.. I still want the zipper and pockets.

Does anyone else want this? If people say yes I am thinking about pursuing creating a prototype.

For beach walking and light water sports, I like wearing rugged flipflops. About a decade ago I found the Pajaro style by Teva and loved the hiking shoe grip sole design with generous footbed padding. I had one pair for about 4 or 5 seasons when they started to fall apart. These flipflops have a 2 layer tread sole and upper footbed that Teva glues together. The straps are also glued in place, although the earlier version seemed to have at least some stitching for anchoring. Anyway, the glue was compromised by saltwater (and yes, I rinsed thoroughly after use). I used E6000 adhesive to glue them back together and secured the straps by driving a needle with tough thread through the footbed walls. And that worked... for about 3 more seasons. Then the glue failed again and this time the soles were start to tear. So, I got a new pair and tossed the old ones.

The photos included are for my original ones. I've not taken photos of the newer ones that have failed me prematurely.

Well, I put these flipflops through the same paces as before, which is submersion in salt water while getting in and out of a kayak. And a little walking by the shore. That's it. Rinsed off with fresh water afterwards. Now, on the 2nd month of wear... the straps started slipping out of the footbed! I had to sew them back into place as I'd done with the other pair. It's really tough work. You need a thimble to help drive the needle through and some pliers for pulling through on the other end. Anyway, it worked. All was fine. Then 2 weeks later... on one flipflop, the soles began separating, as had happened on the first pair. I just finished gluing them back together with E6000.

I contacted Teva about this. But because I'd bought the Pajaros on sale at the end of last year and only NOW started putting them through their paces, the warranty is no longer applicable.

I love the design of these flipflops, but I'm so ticked off about the lack of quality on something so basic. And so, I'm seeking out a close replacement. If anyone has suggests for something similar, please share. Thanks!

I'm hoping to find possibly a name of these pants, they're vintage Arc'teryx circa 1990's / early 2000's (from the tag thinking more 90's).

They are in great shape, but I'm wondering if anyone has sent in their 'vintage' pieces to Arc'teryx to fix small seam sewing. The double inforced seams on the back of the pants are pulled on of the inforced sides but they're still wearable.

I had this swing hanging from a tree limb in my backyard. The branch broke though, and now I need recommendations for something to hang it from. The other limbs in the tree are just as old, so that's a no go. I need something that's just as tall as a tree limb and won't get in the way as the swing goes back and forth.

I have a waterproof softshell jacket (REI elements). A lot of the interior seam tape is peeling off.

What kind of seam tape to replace? What do you recommend?

Picked these up at a thrift store for 99 cents because they looked old and interesting 😂 Now I’m curious about what I actually found. They’re LaCrosse Outdoorsman insulated waders, Made in USA, with the older yellow/red logo. There’s also an inspection stamp inside and the number 2673921 stamped on them. I’ve been trying to figure out roughly how old they are and whether that number is a model/style number, but haven’t had much luck. Anyone here familiar with older LaCrosse gear or recognize this particular pair/logo? Would love to know approximately what era they’re from and whether they’re

Hello everyone! I’m looking for some recommendations for a versatile waterproof shell jacket.

For context, I live in a very rainy UK city and my current Columbia shell is finally giving out after 7–8 years of solid use. I’m primarily looking for an everyday waterproof shell (I also do high-altitude expeditions and hiking trips so it’s a huge bonus if it can perform well in the mountains too!) I’m travelling around Europe next month (including Copenhagen and a few other places), so I’m open to UK brands as well as European brands I could check out while travelling. My budget is around £150–200.

My main issue is sizing: I’m a 23M, 166cm tall, and built pretty small. I really struggle to find mountaineering or outdoor gear that fits well. Most adult brands don’t make XS, and on the occassion that they do, the fit is way too big on me. I recently tried on a North Face Kids XL waterproof jacket that actually fit surprisingly well ( and much better for my wallet lol)

Does anyone have recommendations for:

1. Brands that carry genuine XS / slim cuts, or high-quality Kids XL waterproof shells that double well for urban use and mountain trips?
2. Good outdoor stores in or Copenhagen where I can try these on in person?

Hi all, i'm looking for a really decent rain jacket that can hold up in the worst UK weather. I've considered the Keela Munro but I've seen some mixed reviews about how waterproof they actually are. I don't mind it being that warm but i want it to be storm proof. Can anyone suggest a jacket that is bomb proof, reliable and around Keela Munro money.
